Hi Onkar,
Today is a TI holiday in the US, we will aim to provide a response by the end of the week.

Okay Anthony
Will DRV8329 or MCF8329 be right choice for this application?
Thank you

Hi Onkar,
For a 48V system, we typically recommend parts rated for 100V such as the DRV8300, DRV835x, and DRV816x. That gives more margin for voltage transients, whereas DRV8329 is only rated up to 65V which could lead to the possibility of abs max violations on a 48V system during voltage transients. The DRV8161 is our newest device in our portfolio targeting 48V systems, and is a single half bridge driver which allows further layout optimization in placing the driver even closer to the half bridge stage. It requires 3 half bridge drivers for a 3 phase motor. It is a bootstrap based architecture and has a low side CSA integrated. The DRV8300 is the most basic device in our portfolio, with a bootstrap based architecture and basic features including deadtime insertion and shoot through protection. It is a 3 phase motor driver. The DRV8353 is a 3 phase motor driver that has a little more integration over the DRV8300 in terms of protection features and integrated CSA options.
