DRV8332-HT: Design and use problems of DRV8332DKDR

Part Number: DRV8332-HT

Tool/software:

We used the following circuit to drive the propeller, and there was a problem with one of the propellers during use: after the propeller was started, it ran normally. About half an hour later, the propeller had a problem, and the internal motor made a sound, but the propeller did not rotate. Then I removed the DRV8332DKDR on the circuit board and replaced it with a new chip, and the fault was repaired. I have not been able to find the specific cause of the problem so far, please help me analyze whether there is any problem or hidden danger in the circuit design, thank you very much!

Additional note: The VCC_DJ (PVDD) is powered by solar panels and lithium batteries, the conventional voltage is 14-16.8V, and the voltage of the panel is 26V when the sun is full. When operating in the sea, some pressure drop will be generated due to the increase of resistance, and the maximum power of the propeller is 11V*5A. But this is all within the rated voltage of the propeller motor. The propeller motor was not damaged after the test.
