Hi,

I am performing a Worst-Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA) and need the maximum current consumption of the SHx pin when the Driver IC is in both wake-up and active conditions (Vgs > Vgsth of FET).

Please consider a source input voltage of 18V.

I would appreciate it if you could provide this information at the earliest.

Hi Shubham,

Thank you for your questions.

Please use 25uA for nSLEEP=0V. In case of nSLEEP=5V, SH pin is pulled up to ~PVDD internally with weak pull up current (-150uA max).
