DRV8876-Q1: How to choose R_PMODE?

I have a question as follows:

In DRV8876-Q1 'S specification,there is some recommended external components for the device,and the R_PMODE is in one of them.

However,when an turn to Section 7.3.2. I did not see the recommended value of R_PMODE.

so, if I want to set PMODE PIN to Logic High,what the pull up resistor could be recommended, on the other hand,if I want set the PMODE pin to logic low,what the pull down resistor could be recommended.

Is there any risk if I set the pullup resistor or pull down resistor to 0 ohm? Like as follows

Hello,

Using a 0 ohm resistor to pull the PMODE pin to GND should not cause any problems.

Using a 0 ohm resistor to pull the PMODE pin high should also not cause any issues as long as the pull up voltage is under the recommended max voltage of 5.5V for the pin, otherwise other resistance will be needed to step the voltage down.
