can the device be used with a 3.3 V SPI? From DS seems to be possible, can you confirm it? MOSI, nCS and CLK are received correctly. Only MISO need to be aligned to the microcontroller.
NAD address can be configured with a 3.3V pullup instead of 5V pullup? The check for the configuration is based on some voltage level o current measurement ?

1) MOSI, nSCS and SCLK will be received correctly, but the MISO (SDO) needs to be translated down to 3.3 V logic
2) For NAD I think it needs to be pulled up to VDD but let me double check the implementation and get back to you.

Let me jump in for Keerthi on this one
The pull up for NAD/nFAULT and SDO needs to be to VDD (5V).
This means that if the MCU is not capable of taking 5V inputs we will need a level translator for NAD/nFAULT pin and SDO as shown in the following diagram.
