DRV8908-Q1: Parallel mode Safe Operating Area

Part Number: DRV8908-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi TI,

There is this note in the data sheet,

"For parallel mode operation, the device operation under safe operating area (SOA) is
recommended for supply voltage, VVM ≤ 20-V, HBX_SR = HBY_SR = 1b, tOCP ≤ 10-μs and
PL_MODE_EN = 01b."

I am finding it difficult to understand what this means, does it mean that if you want the device to be in the safe operating area all conditions above must be met?
i.e. if the VVM > 20 V then you are not with SOA?
