DRV110: DRV110 Low operating temperature

Hello,

I have a question regarding what the maximum temperatures the DRV110 can function or survive at. On the datasheet it says that the maximum operating range is from -40C to 150C, however, the storage temperatures range form -65C to 150C. Since the DRV110 is able to survive those storage temperatures, can it also operate or survive under -57C to 150C? Im especially more concerned about the low end of the temperature range as supposed to the high end. Please advise.

    Hi Manuel, 

    Thank you for posting in this forum. 

    The -40 to 150 C is the Absolute Maximum Ratings for Operating junction temperature and Stresses beyond that may cause permanent damage to the device. 

    The Recommended Operating Condition is –40°C ≤ TA ≤ 125°C.
