How to calculate RED, FED values for above MOSFET so as to avoid shoot through or short circuit.

Hi Joseph,

RED means Rising Edge Delay and FED means Falling Edge Delay which is Dead Band Delay values in ePWM.

There is formula in datasheet but I am confused with MOSFET values and formula mentioned in datasheet.

Hello,

Thank you for the clarification, however I did not this in the datasheet for the MOSFET IAUS300N10S5N015TATMA1 that you mentioned.

I'm not sure this is something you need to configure there, as our DRV8353H device has built in 100ns dead time in order to prevent shoot through.
