DRV8231: VREF pin input current / impedance

Hello, we are interested in the input / bias current and impedance characteristics of the VREF pin of the part. We could not find this information in the datasheet.

This data isn't typically a concern and therefore isn't in the datasheet. I'll reach out to the design team to see if they have this data. Please allow some time but I'll reach out when I know more.

Hi Marin,

The design team confirmed that the VREF pin is high impedance and the ESD leakage current would likely be about a few 10s of nA.

Were these your concerns of the pin? Why is bias current and impedance needed? Is this just for general inquiry or is there an issue with the implementation of design?
