Tool/software:

I purchased the MCF8329A EVM and followed the instructions in the user manual. I also used the initial configuration file Default Register MCF8329A.json found on E2E, but I am unable to drive the motor. Could you please help me identify where the problem lies?

On the TI E2E website, it is impossible to insert PDF documents. I can only manually input the specific values.

Hi Zhang,

Motor current is very small, the EVM will have 1mohm sense resistor.

The resolution may be challenging.

Can you post the JSON file here?

The ma speed is 100Hz means BEMF will be good for the motor.

Please share the JSON file.
