You can use below formula
Input IOUTA+IOUTB+IOUTC to 3A and find the VMEAS required to achieve this.

VAVDD is 3.3V, and you can take the sum of currents as 3A. So that gives us VMEAS = 1.75V - (3xGAIN/3).
So set the voltage on ILIM pin equal to VMEAS = (1.75 - GAIN), here GAIN is in V/A which you will set. For e.g if you are using the HW variant, the GAIN is constant at 0.15V/A which gives us VMEAS = (1.75 - 0.15) = 1.6V. So if you set 1.6V on ILIM pin, you will get a 3A limit.

I did it, but speed is so slow right now and when I put lot of load to motor is not going fault condiotion.
I want to make when motor is 3A load, mct will go fault or stop condiotion.

For ILIMIT to 3A VLIM (VMEAS) should be set for 1.5V
CSA_GAIN should be 0.15V/A and in hardware configuration it is always 0.15V/A.
AVDD = 3.3V
Now calculate IOUT by re arranging the equation which will be 3A.
