We are currently experiencing an issue with speed control in the customized driver which is based on BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS and LAUNCHXL-F28069M. The driver does not appear to respond as expected when adjusting the speed parameters, and we would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause.
The hardware is exactly same design of LAUNCHXL-F28069M and BOOSTXL-DRV8323RS just we have fabricated and assembled the components.
For example: -
1. The rated speed of the motor is 50,000 rpm. While working on evaluation board if we give the speed input as 65,000 rpm the motor speed limits to 50,000rpm and the functioning is perfectly fine. But in the case of customized driver the any input higher than 55,000rpm the motor starts vibrating and motor goes to higher speed with cyclic vibrations (unstable uncontrolled).
