MCF8329A can source up to 1A and sink up to 2A.

You can go to component site example Digi key FET, MOSFET Arrays | FETs, MOSFETs | Transistors | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey

Provide your requirement, I have filtered for 100A, dual mosfet which has 2 N channel mosfet in the same package.

I hope this will provide clarity and you can chose proper package suitable for your requirement.

Do it affect the value of Qg(Gate Charge Total) and Ciss(Input capacitance) to gate driver's performance?

If so, Could you check the recommended value(minimum or maximum) of these 2 parameters for the performance of gate driver?
