Hello,

Two MCUs control four motors. When 4 motors are working simultaneously, quickly increase the speed of 2 motors or increase the speed of 4 motors at the same time, and 1 motor will stop urgently. The nFault pin is pulled low, and there is an under Voltage error when reading the register. The attachment is a schematic diagram. Please help analyze the cause and review if there are any issues with the schematic diagram. Thank you!

Hello,

This is because quickly increasing the speed of 2 or 4 motors at the same time will cause a very large demand on the supply, which will cause supply to dip and therefore trigger the undervoltage protection of the DRV device.

The device is working correctly in this case, you would need to make sure supply can handle this large demand very quickly.

What is the undervoltage protection voltage of this device and can it be configured through registers?

This device has voltage protection level seen here at 5.9V falling and 6V rising:

This cannot be configured through registers on this device.
