When using the DRV8718-Q1, if some MOS are not used for some low-end Car models (not fitted with the Mos chip), the DRV8718-Q1 will report a VDS overcurrent fault.
How to disable the relevant faults by modifying the software? Modifying VDS_mode causes OC to be disabled for all 1-4 half bridges.

Thank you for your questions.
If MOSFET are not assembled on some channels, best way is not driving on these channels. Then fault monitoring functions are disabled.
Please use HBx_CTRL to set 00b as HiZ (Both HS and LS are OFF).
