We have a customer inquiry about the Motor Driver.

To control the pump motor below, we used a transistor to drive it simply in the past.

However, this time, we will be controlling a large pump motor with a capacity of about 9W, which is different from the past, so we believe that we need to select a transistor that matches the specifications, but in order to avoid problems even after using it for hundreds of thousands of times, we think it would be better to control it with a motor driver IC rather than a transistor.

    Hello,

    Are you looking for an integrated MOSFET parts, Integrated MOSFET and Control parts, or simply a gate driver to drive external MOSFETs?

    I am also curious, you mentioned you are using a large pump motor, but 12V 9W seems to be pretty low power.

    Also this motor looks to be DC? Are you sure you will need a three phase gate driver?

    Here are a couple suggestions for each option above:

    DRV8311 - integrated mosfet

    MCF8315 - integrated mosfet and control

    DRV8328 - Gate driver
