nput 3.15~4.8V, output 3.7V, current Peak 8.6A, (usually around 0.3A for normal operation)

Hello Garth Ou,

How long does the system need the peak current? The device selection depends on this, as a short peak could be handled by the output capacitance.

Because it is powered by a battery or supercapacitor, I cannot currently get data on how long it can last.

TPS55285 The circuit looks simpler, but there is no I2C to connect to M.2, so it should not be used.

TPS552882 Please help me recommend the materials for the inductor and MOS. Please try to miniaturize them.

Do you need inductor height to be lower than 1mm? This is not available for your 8.6A current.
