Tool/software:
I want to know how to protect my mosfet below these situation:
1 - When my motor is running,SHA short to GND
2 - When my motor is running,SHA short to SHB.
I tested these two situation,my mosfet burned.

Hi Yx Yan,
Thank you for your question! I will review your query and aim to get back to you by the end of the week.

Hello Yx Yan,
Thank you for your patience. The Vds monitors help shutdown the FETs in these instances - depending on what you've set your Vds trip threshold at. Could you share that value with me?

Thank you for the schematic! We will aim to provide a response this week.

Hello Yan,
From the schematic, it looks like your VDs Trip Threshold (VDS_OCP) is set at 1.13-V. What is your motor current?
If the product of this current and the Rds(on)-max for your FET (link to datasheet) is less than your trip threshold (1.13-V), then overcurrent protection will not kick in.
Cheers,
Joel A. Adejola
