The DRV101FKTWTG3 is currently used in one of our existing designs, and the part is now obsolete. Local suppliers are quoting over £200 per unit for a last-time buy, which is too far expensive.
Given that this design has been in use for a long while, we anticipate encountering multiple obsolescence issues when considering a future respin or redesign.
Could you please assist in identifying a pin-to-pin compatible alternative for the DRV101FKTWTG3? Ideally, we are looking for a drop-in replacement in the same TO-263 (DDPAK-7) package?
