MCT8315ZEVM: GUI does not communicate

Part Number: MCT8315ZEVM

Tool/software:

The GUI in our laptop does not communicate with the evaluation board.

The windows com display shows that it is connected and the com port is correct. Baud rate is set at 9600

    Hi Dave,

    Can you provide some more details?

    1. Are you powering the EVM and then connect the board to Laptop?

    2. GUI will go through connection trial initially and then displays connected.

    3. After connected, any action on the EVM GUI should reflect the status, this happens because Laptop periodically samples USB.

    4. What is windows version?

    5. Share device manager view.
