Is there a failure mode in the DRV8714 and DRV8703 chips that will cause the diagonal MOS of the H-bridge (such as the left high side and the right low side) to turn on at the same time?
This is a requirement of the functional safety goal. To prevent the EPB motor from being clamped unexpectedly, it is necessary to analyze whether there are any conditions in the chip itself that will cause the diagonal MOS tube to be turned on unexpectedly.
