DRV8800: Motor driver IC leakage current test failure

Hi,

 In my design I used the DRV8800 IC to driver the motor. In electrical safety testing time (leakage current test) it is failed. Can you please suggest any design solution to solve that issue.

    How was the leakage current test performed? It appears, you may have exceeded recommended specifications of the device during this test. We are unable to offer any suggestions without knowing your application details, motor specification, application's operating conditions, schematic and leakage current test procedure and description of the specific failure, pins or functions. See below info from datasheet for critical specifications, exceeding which the device's reliable operation cannot be guaranteed. Thank you.
