DRV8161: Query on spec

Hi,

I have few questions about DRV8161:

-- what is max rated current of GVDD pin when all the FET are switching?
--- what is Max boot cap value to be used for the driver
-- For current sense amplifier, Common mode is 0.2V. Does it mean any spike greater than 0.2 on ground can damage IC.

    1)

    BST diode current (average) =1.2×FET Gate charge (Q_g) x switching frequency 

    BST diode current (peak) =(GVDD-Diode fwd voltage drop)/(BST diode resistance) = (12-1.6)/5.5 = 1.9A

    • BST diode peak current will be seen during device power up when the BST cap is uncharged.
    • BST diode average current will be seen during capacitor charge refresh cycle (every PWM switching frequency)
    • We tested the boot diode up to 2.5A for 1 µs

    2) The maximum CBST is 2.2μF.
