Hi Team,
Data sheet should Spread spectrum is integrated into the driver on the digital oscillator (freq. given in DS) and charge pump (freq. given in DS).
But customer request to provide test result between enable and disable the SS. They find little difference on their own board.
They know change drive current for gates of FETs can influence the EMC result. But they just want to see the SS influence now.
