DRV8343-Q1: DRV8343SPHPRQ1 X-ray Different internal structures

Tool/software:

The DRV8343SPHPRQ1 we purchased is directly supplied by TI. The supply channel is fine. The D/C are 2509 and 2010 respectively. But the X-ray shows a difference in the upper left corner. What could be the reason for this?

    Hi Robin,

    The top left portion is for leadframe strip design for units connection to allow mold flow go through the units. The differences will be based on the unit location on the strip.  It won’t impact to the device function at all.
