Hi team,
I want to understand the purpose of IREF resistance monitor in DRV3901?
Because the resistor was placed to 10kohm by intended. I am not quite understand why need IREF resistance monitor. Is there any other function for this resistor? Except for monitoring purpose. My understanding is that this resistor will not have impact on DRV3901 operating. So why need a dedicated monitor feature to confirm if this pin short or open?
