Customer has received DRV8889-Q1EVM for performance evaluation, and they are working on the initial bring-up by following EVM user guides document. But, the GUI shows below screen and it can not proceed to next step. Please let us know whether expected issues/reasons for the connection failure (Hardware not Connected).
- GUI: 1.0.0 version
- Baud rate: 9600
- DRV8889-Q1EVM is powered and connected thru USB cable.
- Downloaded the TI Cloud Agent
- Have tried GUI re-install, tried different GUI version, PC reboot, etc., but couldn't see improvement.
At this moment, customer tried the GUI's "Download target program" item, then GUI showed below error message.
