We are currently working on a 180W / 48V sensor based BLDC motor application and are in the process of selecting a suitable Gate Driver Unit (GDU) for our design.

DRV3255EPAPRQ1
DRV3256BEPAPRQ1

To proceed with a detailed analysis, we kindly request access to the complete datasheet and evaluation schematic for the shortlisted GDU.

Note: I have already submitted a request online, and the status is currently pending.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question! The DRV3255 and DRV3256 are automotive safety devices, so if access to the datasheet is needed then if you could work with your local TI sales office to set up an NDA with TI then that will be helpful in granting access. Let me know if the application is not an automotive safety application - we may have other 48V capable parts that may be better suited depending on the application.
