Open loop to closed loop hand off is configurable through CONFIG pin on the DRV10964.
Hence, DRV10964 provides programmable option for wide range of motors.
Do you have OTP for DRV10963 for the motor used?

The customer did not use the OTP function in DRV10963, but after changing the design to DRV10964, an abnormal FG signal appeared. The FG output waveform is shown in the following figure, but the actual motor speed is stable. Will abnormal FG signals affect the operation of the motor? How to eliminate it? Thank you!

Is it possible to probe one of the phase currents (may be phase U) along with FG, we can check if there is a jitter like we are seeing.
What is the blue waveform?
In the schematic R10 and R18 are NC? These pins have internal pull up anyway.
The default OTP of DRV10964 Kt may not be matching with the actual motor Kt.
Using EVM (Socket based), user can configure program to RAM for Kt and also any other tuning.
