Below is my schematic. Now I am supplying 12V power to the chip, but my AVDD cannot output 3.3V normally. Why is this? I directly input 3.3V to the nSLEEP pin and pulled it high, causing the AVDD output to be unstable and unable to reach 3.3V

I want to supply more question,such as:

1.When i use 6xpwm or 3xpwm to control motor , What kind of signal i should input? The same or different?

2.Which pwm mode i should use if i want to use FOC to control motor?

Hi Yannong,

Can you try disconnecting U6 and see if that helps stabilize AVDD?

1 & 2. Regardless if you're using 6xPWM or 3xPWM you should consider what kind of signal you want to provide whether it is trapezoidal or FOC. Here are some links that discuss commutation methods:

The first question is resloved.And the question about PWM control , I need to confirm that could I give all high level to 6 pins to drive motor?

Is it necessary to process the PWM signal through software algorithms and then provide it to the chip? Does the chip only integrate three half-bridges where each PWM controls the corresponding half-bridge conduction?
