Hello, I would like to ask for the B10, MTTF or FIT value for the DRV103H, whichever is available.

I will be using this value for a product that I am doing a pre-verification for ISO 13849-1 compliance.

The DRV103 is not a functional safety product and we do not have those metrics.

Do you have other metrics that I can use for this? The DRV103 is part of the safety circuit of my product that I will be doing a pre-verification.

This is an old device and we do not have this information. The customer can do it by itself or you can use our new product with functional safety features. Please let me know if I can help you to find the appropriate product for your application.
