DRV8323: DRv8323 has been burned out

We have an 8323 that burned out during the customer's integration test. Could you please help provide the possibility of pre-drive damage?

There are two holes blown at this position

This is the impedance to ground .pls help me check where the problem is ?

Before the pre-drive power supply, there is a tvs diode. The tvs diode has not been broken down. Below is the schematic diagram. Please help check where the design is wrong

What is the value for IDRIVE in customer system (Value of R37 selection)?

I suspect the IDRIVE setting may be too high which could have caused a large transient spike and damage entered on SHx and further damaged other pins.

R35 and R37 are suspended.So far, 20,000 sets have been produced in bulk, and one set has this kind of defect.

I measured that there was a normal voltage drop of 0.9v between vm and cph, but now there are not voltage drop. I suspect that vm has also blown. Was it the 24v peak voltage that came in that caused the chip damage

Hello,

To me the design looks correct, I did not find an issue on schematic. Maybe the error was a rare overvoltage event in customer system.

Can the customer replicate the issue? Is failure still only found on 1 unit?
