Can you try the product folder of DRV8263-Q1, https://www.ti.com/product/DRV8263-Q1 and log into your ti account.

Once you do that if you scroll down you should see the ordering and quantity section(like below)

Can you see if there are samples shown in ti.com inventory and you are able to add to cart using this.

If you are not able to do please screenshot the ti.com inventory.
