I can check the TRG1_PIN_STAT status on the GUI screen, and it's showing 11. I don't know what causes this and how to deal with it. Please let me know.

Thanks for your question.

Looks like PWM triggering is selected. Can you confirm if the TRG pins are configured correctly for giving heart beat in the Control page of the GUI.
