Hi team,
My customer is asking for how to calculate current mirror accuacy. Is it correct that accuracy = IOUT(A)* AIPROPI(uA/A) * AERR(%) when IOUT>2A?
What will be AIPROPI when IOUT<2A?
Thank you,
Muwei Zheng

Hi Muwei,
Is it correct that accuracy = IOUT(A)* AIPROPI(uA/A) * AERR(%) when IOUT>2A?
This is correct.
What will be AIPROPI when IOUT<2A?
The gain will be ~202 uA/A * AERR with the error depending on IOUT

Joshua
Hi Joshua,
Thank you for your response. It seems customer is refer to the draft datasheet in Nov 2024. In the datsheet AiPROPI was specified as Iout>2A.
By the way could you confirm the reason of min 190/max 215uA/A spec was removed in the latest datasheet? Customer want to confirm the min/max value of AIROPI in all temp range.

Regards,
Muwei Zheng
Hi Muwei,
Getting information on why the min and max spec was removed with the RTM version of the datasheet, this will likely take a day or two.
Customer want to confirm the min/max value of AIROPI in all temp range.
I will see what data I can find on this. If I have to provide data in a format that cannot be shared publicly, I will send the information over email.

Joshua
Hi Muwei,
For the why this min and max was removed, this was done to avoid confusion with providing both an error spec and a IPROPI gain min/max. The confusion that could happen would be, would the error be applicable for the typical gain or with respect to the min and max gain?
I sent the information for the AIPORPI Gain range in an email.

Joshua
