ULC1001-DRV290XEVM: Unable to calibrate

We have begun evaluating the lens cleaner using the ULC1001-DRV290XEVM. Following the user guide, we connected the equipment and performed calibration via the GUI, but it did not work properly.
The frequency after calibration execution becomes the lower limit of the set frequency range. Changing the frequency setting does not resolve the issue. Could you please tell us what the cause might be?

Thanks for reaching out. Which load do you use for the calibration? Is it your own load?

We use the LCS-FL-RNG15 for calibration. It was purchased in 2023. It vibrates during calibration and cleaning. Previously, it calibrated correctly.

Shogo,

It seems the one you purchased is not LCS-FL-RNG15. The LCS-FL-RNG15 operates at 30kHz and 65 kHz. Could you check the impedance response of the load using an impedance analyzer?
