Hello Experts,
There were no error messages during the Ti MotorStudio installation process.
After installation, a VCP driver error occurred when running MotorStudio.

OS : Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit build 19045
language : korean
RAM : 32768MB
CPU : 11th Gen Intel core i7-11850H
System manufacturer : SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS
Also tried the FAQ below but unfortunately, it didn't work and I'm still having the same issue.
