the nfault pin of drv8825 is always in low state.... why ?

Hi Arun,
A few things you can check:
1. It is possible one of the outputs are shorted to the other output (e.g. AOUT1 is shorted to AOUT2, or BOUT1 is shorted to BOUT2), shorted to VM, or shorted to GND. If so, this is will generate an Over Current Protection event and the device will latch on the fault state.
2. Is VM larger than 8.2V?
3. Can you check to see if the charge pump VCP pin is larger than VM? It should be at least 10V higher.
