DRV8251: Request for IMDS submission and process node confirmation – DRV8251DDAR

Hello,

We have selected the reference DRV8251DDAR for one of our projects, and we require the IMDS for this part. Could you please submit it to our IMDS account (LID Technologies ID: 103420)? Could you also confirm whether the process node for the reference DRV8251DDAR is below 90 nm?

    Hello,

    I'm not familiar with the IMDS number. Could you please be specific and provide more details on why this number is needed?

    The DRV8251DDAR is on a process node of ~130nm. It's an analog electronics process optimized for 300mm wafers and analog circuits, where lower nanometer size doesn't necessarily mean it's "better".
