DRV8800: Verify waveform across OUT+, OUT-, Current

Hello team,

I'm using this IC to drive 3-way bistable solenoid valve with 1 second kick duration. I request you to verify the waveform across coil and it they are ok as per expectation.

Below are the snapshots of schematic and waveform, please check.

Yellow and orange are voltage across coil and purple is current.

One update - Even though schematic shows mode0 but Mode 1 was implemented while taking above waveforms.

Note - Schematic shows mode0 is used, however above waveforms are taken with Mode 1 implementation.

Hi Manoj,

Thank you for the request. Both of the schematic and waveform are in good shape and reasonable. The 300-ns voltage overshoot shown in the waveforms is due to the inductive current going through the FET's body diode and pull up the OUTPUT + or - voltage during the 300-ns deadtime. Thank you.
