trouble installing the CPG004-5_DRV88xxEVM_R1p1 software

I bought the DRV8825EVM.
 
I am having trouble installing the CPG004-5_DRV88xxEVM_R1p1 software. After downloading and extracting the files and running CPG004-5_DRV88xxEVM_R1p1.exe, I get the following error:
"Component 'MSCOMM32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

I am using WIN 7 system.

Please, anyone can advise how to solve it?  Thank you very much!
