We've got the DRV8312EVM kit and have successfully installed and used the InstaSping BLDC GUI software.
Now we need install it an other PC and for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it!
I must be missing something obvious...
I tried the web install from this page:
http://www.ti.com/tool/controlsuite
but at some point this always fails to access some .cab file.
So I downloaded the .zip file 'sprca85.zip' and extracted its contents.
There was only a single file 'controlSUITE3.0.3.setup.exe', there was
no 'controlSUITE.msi' contrary to the instructions.
I run the setup exe and it seems to install quite a lot of stuff but
at the end I only get a controlSUITE in the start menu which starts
C:/ti/controlSUITE/eclipse/eclipse.exe which does not seem to contain
any other features than a 'TI Resource Expoler'. Can't find the InstaSpin GUI
or anything we have on the other PC. So we must be missing something
but can't figure out what and can't recall what we did last time to make
this work (I do remember it was not too easy back then either)...
