PCB footprint needed for DRV8412DDWR

Greetings,

I see several requests for footprints or libraries but can find nothing on ti.com to show me the details of the DRV8412DDWR motor driver with the "DDW (R-PDSO-G44)" package.

I use Altium Designer (AD10), which can import other programs files if necessary.

Can anyone provide a PCB library for the DRV8412DDWR part, or even a TI drawing for the suggested pad layout?

    Hi Jim,

    Unfortunately we don't have any PCB libraries for the DRV8412 that I can upload, so it will be necessary to create your own if possible.

    The suggested footprint for the device can be found on Pg. 23 of the datasheet found here: http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/drv8412.This footprint includes the device pad layout as well as the suggested PowerPad layout for optimum thermal performance of the device.

    Thanks for the heads up.  I blindly jumped to the end of the datasheet and only scrolled up a few pages, expecting the suggest pad layout to be near the end.

    Just goes to show me I need to examine the entire document.
