Hello.

I have a question. I've found about NC pin whether it is internally connected to something or not

But, In the datasheet there's nothing to describe about that. If you have any idea. please let me know.

I want to connect NC pin to GND that would be more stable than left no connection.

Jake,

The DRV2603 NC pins are not connected internally to the die, so they can be left disconnected without issues. See the DRV2603EVM-CT layout for an example.
