Please let me know three points below about DRV8805.

- What kind of function is nHOME?

- Although the 3.3V pull-up of the nHOME is Internal, is it satisfactory by No-Connect?

- Is there any application note about a setup and calculation of output current in addition to slva504?

    Hi Satoshi-san,

    nHOME is an output which tells the system whether the internal indexer is executing the HOME state as defined in the datasheet's logic lookup table.

    nHOME can be left disconnected if you do not wish to use this feature.

    Current throughout motor winding will be dependent on the winding and given byt its Ldi/dt. Once the inductor saturates (and hpoefully it doesn't), then current can be computed as VM/(Rwinding + RDSON). That is basically the largest current you should see on a per output basis.
