Dear Brian
Could you advise me, Do i need micro controller / processor (for ex. MSP430G2553RHB) to drive a haptic actuator via DRV2605 by an audio signal or just DRV2605 is enough to drive a haptic actuator by an audio signal?
Thanks,

Jituprakash,
The DRV2605 does require you to setup some internal I2C registers to enable audio input, so yes you do need some I2C master device; however, you do not need a dedicated controller just for the DRV2605 if you already have one in your system.
Thanks,
Brian
