We are currently using the DRV8834 to power a stepper motor. When we give the motor a 5v source as per the datasheet we are (with it grounded) getting .2V out of our vref and vint pins. We are looking to get Vref in between 1 & 2 V and Vint lower than 3.6V.
Is it possible we may have fried the internal voltage regulator while soldering? This is our third chip that has given us the same problem. We have checked readings with the component fully wired as in the schematic provided in the datasheet for indexer mode. We have also checked it without being wired just to see if the regulators would provide the correct V.
