I want to Speed Up/Speed Down 5 three Pahse Ac motors with a Single Nobe.Can anybody Help me that from where i should start and what will be the procedure???

V/Hz control of ACI motors is pretty straight forward, there are some old examples here: http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/sprc194.html

If you want to introduce an inner torque controller for better performance / dynamics I would look at InstaSPIN-FOC
