Question asked: Hi Is there any three phase motor driver IC similar to drv8301 available?Which is the smallest package in size available for drv8301? I need a driver IC which is very small in size and is similar to drv8301..

The DRV8301 has just 1 package option. A smaller BLDC controller is the DRV8313, and it also has integrated power FETs.

Thanks RE for reply.. Actually I need 2 current amplifiers in the driver.Buck converter is not necessary.It will be fine if MOSFETS are inbuilt in driver. Which driver will be more suitable? regards Nikz

Hi Nikhil,

The DRV8301/2 are currently our only devices with dual current amplifiers. The DRV8313 has a single comparator. What is your application/volume?
