DRV8313 Minimum non-zero input pulse width

What is the minimum non-zero input pulse width for the DRV8313? The Output dead time is listed as 90 ns typical and the input to output delay time is 500 ns. Does the minimum non-zero input pulse width have to be greater than these times for the DRV8313 to operate correctly?

Hi Peter,

I do believe that the IN to OUT delay time accounts for the dead time, but I am going to double check with the designer. I will get back to you once I confirm this.

Assuming this, then your minimum non-zero pulse width would be 500 ns (worst case) in order to allow the output to latch before switching state.
